“Derrick Rose at the line shooting one.  6.1 seconds to go,” says the announcer as Derrick takes one huge breath as he prepares his shot.
“Memphis has not shot free throws well today,” says the anxious announcer as Derrick Rose hoists the ball up towards the hoop.
“Swish!” yells the Memphis student section as both teams run down the court.
“Kansas needs a 3 for the tie. Sherron Collins trips and pitches the ball to Chalmers who squares towards the basket. He shoots the 3…….

YES! KANSAS HAS TIED THE GAME AT 63!!!! 2.3 SECONDS TO GO! WHAT A SHOT BY THE SENIOR MARIO CHALMERS! Memphis can’t believe it as they inbound the ball.  They pass it up to half court where the shot it launched way off the mark. We are headed to overtime with the score knotted up at 63.” says the excited announcer.

  1. I thought that this was very good. I don't watch most of basketball if this is the NBA. I watch College. This was very good but one thing that I would change is talk a little bit more about the team like who is on it and everything.

    1. Another thing is add the final score. Say what the other team did in the final 2.3 seconds of the game. Otherwise, nice job!
